Let's talk.

I have one new engagement opening for Q3 2026. Discovery calls run 30 minutes. No pitch deck, no slide review, just a straight conversation about what you're trying to ship and whether I'm the right person to lead it.

What happens after you reach out.

  1. 1

Within one business day, I acknowledge and either ask a few clarifying questions or propose a 30-min call.

  2. 2

On the call, we cover what you're building, what's blocked, what you've already tried, and what success looks like 90 days out.

  3. 3

Within two business days, you get either a yes/no/scoped proposal or a clear referral if I'm not the best fit.

  4. 4

The discovery call is free. An engagement starts only if both sides want it to.

How I structure engagements.

Hands-on engineering lead

8-16 weeks · 20-40 hrs/week. I architect the system, build where it matters, and own delivery.

Fractional CTO / advisor

Ongoing · 8-16 hrs/week. Architecture decisions, hiring calls, vendor selection, technical due diligence.

Architecture review

1-2 weeks · fixed-fee. Architecture diagram, findings memo, prioritized remediation roadmap.

Pricing depends on the engagement. I quote it on the discovery call, once I know what you're building.
